1. General Terms

ok333 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. If a user provides false information, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your ok333 account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing or transferring this information to anyone else is not permitted.

• You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the ok333 support team immediately.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account, or managing someone else's account, is prohibited.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

ok333 will never ask for your password. If anyone asks for your password, treat it as a fraudulent attempt.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ok333 are processed through Bangladesh's available mobile banking methods. Currently supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Typical withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes.
• Deposits and withdrawals must only be made using the account holder's own payment method — transactions in a third party's name are prohibited.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be temporarily held pending verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected, ok333 reserves the right to suspend transactions while an investigation is ongoing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ok333 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own applicable terms. General bonus rules are outlined below:

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, totalling ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are for genuine personal use only — misuse or systematic exploitation of bonuses is prohibited.
• ok333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• If false information is found to have been provided to claim a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on ok333 are operated under fair play principles. All users are required to follow these rules:

• If a technical error occurs in a game result, ok333 reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant round.
• If a technical error in any game or bet results in an abnormal win, that win will not be considered valid.
• In sports betting, a wager cannot be changed once it has been finalised.
• The rules of the game provider or technology company also apply — in the event of a conflict, ok333's decision is final.
• Any complaint regarding a game result must be reported to support within 24 hours.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own decisions.

In any circumstance, ok333's total liability shall be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
